Delete your KnowBudy account

In the app

1. Open KnowBudy and sign in.
2. Open the side menu and tap your name to go to Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete next to “Delete account”.
4. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Without the app

Email us from any address and tell us the phone number or email you sign in with. We confirm the request with you and delete the account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account: name, phone number, email and profile picture
• Your chats with KnowBudy, including photos, voice notes and documents you shared
• Notes, quizzes, study plans, practice history and progress
• Notification settings and device tokens

What we keep

• Payment records, if you made a purchase, for as long as tax law requires (up to 8 years)
• Server logs and backups, which are overwritten within 30 days
